Om Parkash (Retd. Naib Tehsildar)
Founder & Managing Director
He joined the Revenue Department, Government of Haryana, on 19 February 1984 and retired as Naib Tehsildar in February 2017. During his long and distinguished service in the Revenue Department, he gained extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of land records and revenue matters, including mutation, partition and demarcation, Jamabandi/Fard-related documentation, ownership and title verification, land acquisition and compensation, land-use and regulatory matters, as well as other land and revenue-related documentation and proceedings. Kewal Krishan Kapoor
Director Legal
He completed his law degree in 2003 and possesses over 23 years of extensive experience in legal practice and advisory services. He has served as a Legal Advisor to the Central Government for more than five years and has been working as a Legal Expert with the Government of Haryana for over four years. He also served as a Social Representative (Sarpanch) for a full five-year term, during which he gained practical experience in local governance, public administration, land and revenue matters, and community affairs. Kuldeep Singh
Director – Real Estate
He began his professional career with Tulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd., where he worked for approximately 3.5 years as a Human Resource Executive, gaining valuable experience in corporate administration, employee management and organisational processes. He also worked for approximately 2.5 years with the Haryana Science & Technology Department, HARSAC (Haryana Space Applications Centre) as an Assistant, gaining experience in government-sector administration and institutional processes.
He further brings approximately 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on property transactions, land and property consultancy, investment opportunities, documentation and client advisory.
At DZR Group, Kuldeep Singh is associated with the group’s real estate and legal consultancy activities, working towards providing clients with professional, transparent and practical solutions across real estate and related legal matters.
